CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
We try to start production of all orders as soon as possible. Depending on when your order was placed, cancellation may be possible if production has not yet begun.
Please contact our support team to check if changes or cancellations are possible, and give the reason you wish to cancel.
MY ITEM IS DAMAGED/INCORRECT, WHAT DO I DO?
Please contact our support team for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. Be sure to include a clear photo of the item.
We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.
CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
Of course, we hope you absolutely love your item! But we get it, sometimes it just doesn't work out. Whether the item arrived damaged or you've received the wrong item we'll do our best to make things right. We accept most returns, exceptions are noted below.

In order to be eligible for a return or refund, you need to return the item within 30 days of purchase. The product must be in the same condition as you received, in the original packaging, & undamaged in any way.
Once we've received the item our team will inspect your item & process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used when the purchase was made. Credit card payments can take 5 - 10 business days for the refund to show in your account.
If the product is damaged in any way, or a return has not been initiated within 30 days of purchase unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund or return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
