At Pretty Gifted, your satisfaction means the world to us. While we do not accept returns or offer refunds for personalized items, we’re committed to making things right if something goes wrong.
Return Eligibility
Because each product is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds.
Issue Resolution Process
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps within 14 days of delivery:

- Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue

Once verified, we’ll issue a complimentary reprint and ship it to you as soon as possible
No Returns Required
You do not need to return the original item.
Exceptions
Please note, we cannot offer replacements for customer errors (e.g., incorrect personalization details submitted) or for issues reported more than 14 days after delivery.
